B&B Spiced Liqueur And Fine Cognac:
 

History:

B&B is a combination of Benedictine and Brandy, making it less sweet then Benedictine alone.
Benedictine is an herbal liqueur developed in 19th century France.
The company started out as "Benedictine" then sold to Martini and Rossi, then sold to Bacardi.
The recipe is a trade secret, only know by 3 people. Many people have tried to copy the liquor, but have been prosecuted.
B&B was made in the 1930s because consumers were already mixing Benedictine with brandy to help with the taste.
Both Benedictine and Brandy have a content of 80 proof/40% ABV (Alcohol by volume). It was 86 proof/43% ABV (Alcohol by volume) in the past.

Recipes:

Superior Pursuit: 1-1/2 Bacardi Superior Rum, 1/4 Drambuie, 1/4 B&B Liqueur, Orange Twist for a Garnish.
Build over ice in a rocks glass. Zest orange twist over the liquid before placing orange twist directly into the cocktail.

Belle of the Ball: 1-1/2 ounces Bourbon, 1/2 ounce B&B Liqueur, 1/2 ounce Peach Schnapps, 1/2 ounce Lemon Juice, Lemon Twist Garnish.
Combine liquids in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to blend and chill. Strain into chilled champagne flute. Garnish with lemon twist.

Bohemian Breeze: 1/2 ounce B&B Liqueur, 2 ounces Sweet Vermouth, 3 ounces Lemon Lime Soda, 2 dashes Classic Bitters, Orange Twist Garnish.
Place all liquids in ice filled cognac snifter. Stir. Garnish with orange twist.

Bandit’s Bliss: 2 ounces Dry Vermouth, 1/2 ounce Cognac, 1/2 ounce B&B Liqueur, Orange Twist Garnish.
Place liquids in ice filled wine goblet. Stir. Garnish with orange twist.

Bewildered Beauty: 1-1/2 ounce Dark Rum, 1/2 ounce B&B Liqueur, 6 fresh Raspberries, 2 Tablespoons Coco Lopez, 1/2 cup Vanilla Ice Cream.
Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into wine goblet.

Beauteous Bette: 1 ounce Reposado Tequila, 1/2 ounce B&B Liqueur, 1/4 ounce Ginger Liqueur, Champagne, 3 fresh Blueberries Garnish.
Place tequila, B&B and ginger liqueur in mixing glass with ice. Stir to chill. Strain into chilled champagne flute. Top with champagne. Garnish with skewered blueberries.

Botanical Breeze: 1-1/2 ounce Gin, 1/2 ounce B&B Liqueur, 1/2 ounce Elderflower Liqueur, 1/2 ounce Lime Juice, Kiwi Slice Garnish.
Combine liquids in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to blend and chill. Strain into chilled champagne coupe. Garnish with kiwi slice.

Babbling Brook: 1-1/2 ounce Scotch, 3/4 ounce B&B Liqueur, 1/4 ounce Absinthe, Lemon Twist Garnish.
Combine liquids in cocktail shaker with ice. Stir. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon twist.
