Carolans Irish Cream.
 

History:

Carolans Irish Cream is made from a mix oc Cream, Irish spirits, Irish Whiskey and Honey.
First developed in 1978 and sold in the uk 1979. It is made in Clonmel, County Tipperary in the Republic of Ireland.
Has a content of 17% or 14.5% ABV (Alcohol by volume).

Recipes:

Carolans Irish Coffee: 1 oz./1 part or half of Carolans Irish Cream, 1 cup coffee, 1 oz./1 part Irish Whiskey, Top Cream.
Fill an Irish coffee glass with very hot water to pre-heat, then empty it. Pour hot coffee into the hot glass until it is about half full. Drop in 2 cocktail sugar cubes; stir until sugar throughly dissolved. Add equal parts of Carolans Irish Cream and Irish Whisky for proper taste and body. Top with a collar of lightly whipped cream by pouring gently over a spoon.

Carolans Espresso'tini: 1 oz./3 parts Carolans Irish Cream, ¾ oz./2 parts SKYY vodka, 1 bar spoon sugar syrup, 1 cup espresso coffee
Pour ingredients over ice into a shaker. Shake and strain in a glass. Garnish with 3 berries.

Nutty Irishwoman: 1 oz./1 part Frangelico, 1 oz./1 part Carolans Irish cream liqueur, 1 vanilla berry.
Mix equal parts of Carolans Irish Cream and Frangelico Liqueur and stir with vanilla berry.

Carolans Coffee Cake: 1½ oz./2 parts Carolans Irish Cream, 1 cup espresso, 2 oz./3 parts. milk, 4 biscuits, 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
Put the ingredients in a blender. Pour in a glass and garnish with a biscuit.

Mint Carolans Freddo: 1oz./1 part Carolans Irish Cream, 1oz./1 part cold milk, 1 bar spoon mint syrup.
Pour the ingredients over ice into a shaker. Shake and strain in a glass. Garnish with a mint leaf.
